MSOP Graduate Student Receives Dr. Sandra Morgan Scholarship
Andrea Thibodeau, a second-year student in the Master of Science in Organizational Psychology (MSOP) program, was recognized on Friday, April 26, as the winner of the Dr. Sandra Morgan Scholarship.
Sandra Morgan, associate professor emerita of management, directed the Organizational Psychology program for 13 years and mentored many successful students. To celebrate her retirement from the University of Hartford, Dr. Morgan established an endowed scholarship to recognize outstanding graduate students who exemplify the values of the Organizational Psychology program.
Founded in 1970, the MSOP program started in the Barney School of Business (as a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior), and in 2000, moved to the College of Arts and Sciences. Its name was changed to reflect an emphasis on psychological science in the workplace.
