Ask Your Student Employees to Verify Their Payroll Address
Attention Supervisors of Students:
Please advise your student employees to verify that their address is correct as it appears on their pay stub. This is the address that will be used to mail future tax information, including the annual W2 statement, and should be their permanent address, not their campus address of 200 Bloomfield Avenue. Students should be reminded to keep their payroll address current.
Please note that address changes made on the University of Hartford’s Self-Service site DO NOT change the address used for payroll purposes.
Any changes to a payroll address can be made by coming to the HRD office, located in the Financial & Administrative Services Building, with a photo ID. If you have any questions, please direct them to your designated HR representative or email HRD@hartford.edu.
