'Recognizing and Preventing Workplace Violence'

A program on “Recognizing and Preventing Workplace Violence” will be conducted on Tuesday, May 7, from 12 to 2 p.m. in GSU 331. This program will provide you with a sharper lens from which to more clearly view your surroundings and help you recognize when low-threat behavior may be escalating toward possible violence.

In addition, there will be a lunch and learn presentation (an educational video) called “Safe Passages” on Wednesday, June 19, from 12 to 1 p.m. This video will provide you with common sense principles and teach you how to be more aware, instilling confidence when you travel. A representative from Public Safety will be in attendance at this program to  answer any questions you may have.
