Help Children – Join the "Up 'Til Dawn" Executive Board

Join the "Up 'Til Dawn" Executive Board, and make a  difference in a child’s life!

The University of Hartford’s Up 'Til Dawn (UTD) organization raises money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. During the past four years, UTD has raised over $100,000 to help with St. Jude’s financial efforts.

Children who are patients of this hospital are suffering from cancer or other terminal illnesses. Their families do not have to pay anything for their treatments. Since opening 50 years ago, the hospital has raised the childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to 80% and the most common type of childhood cancer (acute lymphoblastic leukemia) survival rate has increased from 4% to 94%.

We are looking for new members for the 2013-14 executive board. If you are interested, please email the attached application to devane@hartford.edu as soon as possible. Please note that the application deadline has been extended to Wednesday, May 8.
