New Indirect Cost Rates on Federal Grant Awards Start July 1

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has approved new Indirect Cost Rates on federal grant awards for the University of Hartford, effective July 1, 2013.

For on-campus programs, the new rate is 42.3 percent of base salaries. For off-campus programs, the new rate is 30.8 percent of base salaries. The new rates will be in effect from July 1, 2013, to June 30, 2016.
