Members of the Class of 2016 arrive for one of last year's summer Orientation sessions.

Members of the Class of 2017 will be coming to campus for Orientation over the next two weekends, to learn about their future home and prepare for their lives as University of Hartford students.

Four Orientation sessions for new students and their parents – known as "Preview" – will take place on the following dates: May 31-June 1; June 2-3; June 7-8; and June 9-10.

A final Orientation session will take place just before the start of the fall semester, on Aug. 30-31.

During the Orientation sessions, students receive academic advising, finalize registration for fall semester classes, get a feel for life at the University, and learn how to make the most of their college careers.

New students will get a second in-depth introduction to the University at "Liftoff: Fall Orientation," at the start of the fall semester.
