Posted 6/2/2006
Congratulations to Lou Perleoni, plumbing supervisor in the Facilities Department, who earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems last month from the Barney School of Business.
Perleoni graduated summa cum laude, with a 3.77 grade point average. He is a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda, the national honor society for nontraditional, adult students, and Beta Gamma Sigma, an honor society that recruits the top 1 percent of all business students in the United States.
Perleoni accomplished all this while working full-time for the University, teaching part-time at Cheney Technical High School in Manchester, and raising a family. He is grateful for the support of his wife, Debi, and daughters, Kristina and Gianna.
