Joan Y. Pedro, assistant professor in the Department of Education and Human Services, ENHP, and her colleague, Dennis Conrad, associate professor at SUNY Potsdam, had a paper published in the refereed journal, Childhood Education, International Focus Issue 2006, Vol 82, No.6.
The article, titled “Special Education in Trinidad and Tobago: Educational Vision and Change,” presents interpretations of the authors of a four-year special and inclusive education project that they implemented in Trinidad and Tobago.
