Accreditation Team to Visit

The Department of Nursing will be hosting an accreditation site visit today (Wednesday, March 9) through Friday.
A team of four site visitors from the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) will be on campus to meet with university officials and Department of Nursing faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community partners.
The accreditation process includes review and evaluation of the university's RN-BSN and MSN programs, and preparation of a self-study report, which was submitted to CCNE in January 2005.
CCNE provides the opportunity for program constituents to submit, in writing, comments concerning the educational program’s qualifications for accreditation status. Only signed comments will be accepted by CCNE. These can be sent to:
