Kick Off the Season at Midnight Mania!

Come celebrate the official start of the 2006-07 basketball season at Midnight Mania tonight (Friday, Oct. 13), at the Chase Arena in the Reich Family Pavilion (Sports Center).

The fun begins at 10 p.m., and the night’s events are free and open to the public.

Power 104.1 DJ Spank B.U.D.A. will be the master of ceremonies.

Come out to meet the men’s and women’s basketball teams, and enjoy entertainment from the University of Hartford Cheerleading Team, Howie the Hawk, the Dance Team, Pep Band, Fenomena, and the UHA Steppaz. There will also be raffles and contests throughout the evening.

2006-07 promises to be an exciting season for University of Hartford basketball. The men's basketball team will begin a new era under Head Coach Dan Leibovitz, while the women will look to “three-peat” as America East champions and return to the NCAA Tournament.
