ISET Excavation Work

Starting Monday, March 14, there will be excavation work taking place between Hillyer Hall and Dana Hall in conjunction with the ISET (Integrated Science, Engineering and Technology) construction project.
Between Monday, March 14, and Friday, March 18, you may encounter detours on walkways outside of Hillyer.
The majority of the trenching will take place during Spring Break (March 21-25).
Please watch for detours and use caution when you are in the vicinity of the excavating and trenching work. During this period, there will be open trenches and exposed underground utilities that will be protected. The contractors, in coordination with Public Safety, will barricade walkways and cover exposed trenches when not in use.
There may be unplanned outages that occur during this time. If that happens, please contact Facilities immediately at 860.768.7925, or contact ISET Project Manager Craig Wilbur at 860.508.1038.
