More than 200 works of art in a variety of media were entered into this year’s competition, and approximately 60 were selected for the exhibition, which ran from March 15 – April 6 at the Joseloff Gallery. The awards were presented at a closing reception on Tuesday, April 5.

The juror for this year’s show was Joanna Marsh, curator of contemporary art at the Wadsworth Atheneum in Hartford.

The exhibition is presented through the Alexander A. Goldfarb Endowment Trust to recognize the talents of young artists. It is open to undergraduate and graduate students in all of the university’s schools and colleges.
