New Bank of America P-Cards Are Here

New Procurement Cards (P-Cards) have been issued by Bank of America. They will replace the university’s current Fleet P-Cards that you may be using.
Along with the new cards, there will be some changes to the way you will verify charges. Training classes have been scheduled for next week to explain the new SDOL process and to answer any questions that may arise.
You must attend one of these sessions to receive your new P-Card.
Classes will be held in the Barney IT Lab, Auerbach 113, on the following dates and times:
Monday April 25, 10–10:45 a.m. and 11–11:45 a.m.
Tuesday April 26, 2–2:45 p.m. and 3–3:45 p.m.
Wednesday April 27, 10–10:45 a.m., 11–11:45 a.m., and 1–1:45 p.m.
