Accounts Payable Reminders

On May 2, 2005, Accounts Payable will begin closing all old/inactive purchase orders (POs) with $0 balances created between July 2004 and March 2005. If you are planning on processing a supplement for any $0 balance POs, please notify Accounts Payable at acctspay@hartford.edu prior to May 2.
Please review all your open POs. You can check your balances on BANNER by going to FZIBDUH and clicking the button on the bottom of the page titled “encumbrance list.” If you identify POs that should be closed, send an e-mail referencing the PO to acctspay@hartford.edu, or a hard copy of the PO with your request to close it to the Accounts Payable Department, Financial and Administrative Services Building (FASB).
