2005 Dialogue for Direction Program

A reminder that completed performance reviews are due in the office of Human Resources Development (HRD) by Friday, May 27.
In April, HRD distributed materials for the 2005 Dialogue for Direction program to university deans, directors, and department heads. The overall design of the program is to provide staff members and supervisors with a process for facilitating discussion as well as planning performance objectives and direction for the next fiscal year.
Dialogue for Direction forms as well as the Performance Appraisal Guide for Supervisors are available online. To download the forms, go to www.hartford.edu/hrd/downloadable.asp. Please note that the forms differ for exempt and non-exempt positions.
