Spies to Return as University Bursar

Susan Spies will return on June 6 as bursar for the University of Hartford.
Spies has been serving as bursar at Central Connecticut State University since August 2004. Prior to that, she spent nine years as bursar and senior systems analyst at the University of Hartford.
