Charlsye Smith Diaz, assistant professor in the Professional and Technical Writing Program of the Department of Rhetoric, Language, and Culture, served as a panelist in a discussion about education issues in technical communication on May 9 at the annual conference of the Society for Technical Communication (STC) in Seattle.
