Jeffrey P. Cohen, assistant professor of economics at the Barney School of Business, was a visiting scholar in the Research Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis from Dec.15-17, 2004.
While at the bank, Cohen worked with Cletus Coughlin, vice president and deputy director of research, on two research projects—one in the area of land taxation, and another on the impact of airport noise on residential property values.
