IKON Copier Survey
The following is a message to faculty and staff from Director of Purchasing Dennis Gacioch.
The Purchasing Department has asked IKON to perform a survey of current copier inventories and how they are being utilized in departments. New technologies are emerging and we believe the survey data will indicate an opportunity to not only upgrade some equipment, but also save departments budget monies.
IKON will begin the survey process on March 16, 2009 using two IKON representatives – Kevin Thibeault and Frank Macchi. The survey should take about 15 minutes or longer, depending on the number and type of copiers in your department. This will include any leased and owned, all makes and models, and every copier manufacturer (Canon, Ricoh, Konica, etc).
For your convenience, Purchasing will notify you of the date and time they plan to visit your department. We will include IKON’s contact information, if a more convenient time is desired.
