A “town hall” style meeting about changes to the University’s paid time-off policies will take place on Monday, April 6, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in Auerbach Auditorium, Hillyer Hall.
President Walter Harrison announced the new Employee Flexibility Program in a March 13 letter to staff. The new program, which will take effect on July 1, applies to all regular, full-time, non-union exempt and non-exempt staff, and is designed to provide more equitable paid time-off politicies.
A second town hall meeting, which was re-scheduled from an earlier date, will take place on Friday, April 17, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in Wilde Auditorium.
Please plan to attend one of the meetings to learn more about the Employee Flexibility Program.
