Reminder: Make Sure Student Employee Addresses are Current

The following is a message from Human Resources Development.
Attention Supervisors of Students:
Please advise your student employees to verify their address, as it appears on their pay stub, to ensure accuracy. The address on the student’s paycheck will be used to mail future tax information, including the annual W2 statement.
Students should be reminded to keep their payroll address current. Any changes to a payroll address can be made by contacting your department’s designated HR Specialist.
