May 1 Deadline for Purchasing HawkPCs

The following is a message from Information Technology Services (ITS).

Interdepartmental transfers (IDTs) to ITS for the purchase of HawkPCs and peripherals will be accepted through May 1, 2009, coinciding with Purchasing’s IDT cutoff date.

All IDTs must be delivered to ITS no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, May 1. Any IDTs received after that date will not be accepted for current fiscal year processing by Finance.
