University to be Featured on FOX 61 Friday Morning
Several members of the University community will be featured on Fox 61 on the morning of Friday, April 24, when the station broadcasts live from West Hartford's Blue Back Square. University cheerleaders and Howie the Hawk will appear several times between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. Women's basketball coach Jennifer Rizzotti will be interviewed around 8 a.m. Nancy Andersen, chair of the Voice Department for The Hartt School Community Division, and a trumpeter from the Community Division will also be included in the broadcast.
The University of Hartford's 7th annual Community Day received extensive media coverage. NBC 30 and Fox 61 aired video from the festival during their newscasts on April 21.
