Printmaking students and faculty from the Hartford Art School will hold a Print Sale on Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.
The Hartford Print Alliance, an organization of Hartford Art School printmaking students and faculty, will hold its first-ever Print Sale on Sunday, April 26, from 1 to 5 p.m., in the Koopman Commons (located in the Hartford Art School's Renée Samuels Center).

There will be more than 100 prints for sale, with prices ranging from $10 to $100. The event is open to the public.

There will also be drawings and a silent auction of student and faculty work. Prizes for the drawings will include a print by Professor and noted artist Fred Wessel, and a collection of prints by Hartford Print Alliance members. Tickets for the drawings are $3 for one or $10 for four. They can be purchased at the Hartford Art School by noon on Friday, April 24, or at the beginning of the Print Sale on Sunday.

Proceeds from Sunday's event will support student travel to the annual printmaking conference in Philadelphia in 2010.
