University's Newest Masters Program Featured in the Media

Several media outlets covered the University's announcement that it is starting a new master's degree program in orthotics and prosthetics. An article on the new program ran in the Hartford Courant on April 28. You can read it on courant.com. The Courant's "Guide to Education" on April 26 also featured an article about the program.

Laurence Gould, professor of physics, was quoted in the New York and Philadelphia editions of the Metro newspaper on April 27. Professor Gould commented on his theory that humans are not the main cause of global warming. Read the article on readmetro.com.

Women's basketball coach Jennifer Rizzotti was featured in an article in Stamford Plus magazine on April 30. Rizzotti spoke at an event recognizing businesses that support youth mentoring.
