Check Your Copier Meter by May 15

Please take a minute and check the meter on your copier. Then, fill in the requested information below and send it to lrizzi@hartford.edu or fax it to ext. 5452.

These reports must be received by Friday, May 15. Any machine that does not have a meter read reported by the 15^th will be removed from the campus maintenance blanket coverage.  In this event, you will be required to pay for all toner cartridges, technician travel, time and materials for repairs, which will be very costly.
