Reminder – Annual Dialogue for Direction Program

HRD has distributed materials for the 2009 Dialogue for Direction program to University deans, directors and department heads. The overall design of the program is to provide the staff member and supervisor with a process for facilitating discussion as well as planning performance objectives and direction for the next fiscal year.

Dialogue for Direction forms, as well as the Performance Appraisal Guide for Supervisors, are available online. To download the forms, please visit www.hartford.edu/hrd/forms.

Please note that the forms differ for exempt and non-exempt positions.

Completed Dialogue for Direction forms must be returned to HRD no later than Friday, May 29, 2009.
