The Office of Human Resources Development (HRD) reminds employees that the Forms Manual is no longer available and the last edition, dated 1999, is outdated and should be destroyed.
All of the policies and forms that were previously included in the manual are available through the university’s website. If you have any questions pertaining to forms, please contact the appropriate department.
