Human Subjects Committee: New Forms and Procedures

The Human Subjects Committee has developed new forms and procedures for the submission and ongoing approval of a research project involving human subjects.
These forms are available on the Human Subjects Committee website.
It is expected that all human subjects researchers become acquainted with the new forms. The HSC will require use of the new forms by October 1, 2009.
