Jen Conley Promoted to HR Manager

The following is a message from Andy Buonano, Executive Director of Human Resources Development.
Human Resources Development (HRD) is delighted to announce the promotion of Jen Conley to HR Manager.
Jen started in HRD in August 2005 as a Human Resources Specialist. Her demonstrated abilities in this role led to her promotion to Senior HR Specialist in 2007, HR Generalist in 2008 and now to HR Manager in 2009.
Jen first came to the University of Hartford from New Alliance Bank, where she was a lead teller. Jen also worked for the Savings Bank of Manchester and Gap, Inc. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Jen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and sociology. Since her arrival, Jen has earned her Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior here at the University of Hartford, and graduated with honors at the top of her class.
We are delighted about Jen's promotion and ask you to please join us in congratulating her.
