Regent Mort Handel Talks About Sale of Marvel Entertainment

Morton Handel, a life regent of the University, was quoted in the Hartford Courant on Tuesday, Sept. 1. Handel, chairman of Marvel's board of directors, spoke about the company's $4 billion sale to The Walt Disney Co. "It was a fun day," Handel said. Read the article on courant.com.

The new University High School of Science and Engineering building was featured on Fox 61 on Aug. 31. The new building, located on the University campus just east of the Facilities/Public Safety building, opened for the first day of school in Hartford.
