Open Enrollment Benefits Fair to Take Place Tuesday and Wednesday

The University’s annual Benefits Fair will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 6, and Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., in Suisman Lounge, Gengras Student Union. Plan representatives will be available at the Benefits Fair to answer any questions you may have.
Open Enrollment materials for group medical, dental and life insurance as well as flexible spending accounts for calendar year 2010 have been distributed. All eligible employees should have received the personalized enrollment materials delivered to their departments.
If you have not yet received your 2010 Open Enrollment packet, please contact your designated HR Specialist or visit www.hartford.edu/hrd for the necessary forms.
Completed Open Enrollment forms must be returned to HRD by Friday, Oct. 23, 2009, whether or not you elect a change in coverage.
Please note, due to recently enacted federal statutes and regulations, during this annual Open Enrollment, all faculty and staff enrolled in the University’s medical insurance plans will be required to complete a new enrollment form indicating social security numbers for all covered dependents. Please return this form to HRD along with your open enrollment materials.
