On Thursday, Oct. 29, from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m., Christine Lissitzyn, adjunct professor in Paralegal Studies, All University Curriculum, will demonstrate how she adds narration to her PowerPoint presentations and then uploads them into Blackboard for her students to use as study guides.
Since adding the audio narration creates a very large file, Christine will also talk about Impatica, software she uses to compress her PowerPoints into lightweight Flash files.
This workshop will be held in the Woods Classroom in Mortensen Library. Faculty interested in attending should register by calling 768-4661, or by emailing fcld@hartford.edu.
