Sarah Larsen, a fifth-year student at The Hartt School who is studying violin, will be a contestant on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire airing TODAY (Tuesday, Nov. 3) and Wednesday, Nov. 4, at 1 p.m. on WTIC (FOX 61).

The same day that Larsen got her first four-star professional review for the violin, she also got a call from Who Wants To Be A Millionaire to see if she'd be available to come and tape an episode of the show. The day of the taping, after she was done at the Millionaire set, Larsen had to make her way over to Carnegie Hall to rehearse with her string quartet!

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, hosted by Meredith Vieira, premiered its eighth season in syndication this fall.

Tune in to FOX 61 today and Wednesday to see if Larsen wins enough money to gain a spot on the "Million Dollar Tournament of Ten" Leader Board. Millionaire will bring back the top ten winners through Nov. 6 to participate in the Tournament, which will air Nov. 9-20.
