The Staff Association will host an interactive webinar titled, "How Times Change: HR Services to Attract and Retain an Experienced Workforce," on Friday, Nov. 20, from 3 to 4 p.m. in the Woods Family Classroom in Mortensen Library,
The webinar is presented by the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR), and there is no charge for campus attendees. The full description of the webinar is as follows:
Just a few months ago we were struggling to cover the gaps left by retiring Baby Boomers, and now many Boomers have chosen not to retire because they simply can't afford it. Is your institution providing the right services to keep the Boomers engaged and productive while they rebuild portfolios for retirement?
