Health Science Students Host Safety Fair at Senior Center

Health Science students from the College of Education, Nursing and Health Professions (ENHP) hosted a Safety Fair at the West Hartford Senior Center on Nov. 9.

The students provided local seniors with information about home safety, personal safety, food safety, community safety, and fall prevention. The seniors and Ned Skinnon, director of the Senior Center, enthusiastically welcomed the students.

The Safety Fair was conducted as a part of Health Science 508: Educational Strategies for Health Professions.
