'Legacy Students' Invited to Wear Special Medals at Fall Commencement
Posted 12/3/2009
The definition of a “legacy student” is one who has grandparents, parents, siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, or uncles who have attended the University of Hartford – a relationship that deserves special recognition.
We invite those of you who are Legacies to participate in a special tradition taking place at the 2009 Fall Commencement Ceremony. A special University of Hartford Legacy Medal has been created to be worn along with your cap and gown.
These medals will be distributed outside the University Bookstore on Friday, Dec. 4, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you are a Legacy, please contact Samantha Cahill in the Office of Alumni Relations at 860.768.2452 or sacahill@hartford.edu with your information.
