Candlelight Memorial for Lawrence Morra

A candlelight memorial for Lawrence “Larry” Morra, a Hillyer College sophomore who was killed in a car accident on Nov. 20, will take place on Thursday, Dec. 3.

The program will begin at 8 p.m. at A-Complex, with a candle-lighting ceremony. Participants will then walk to E-Complex, where Morra lived, for a memorial service beginning at 8:30 p.m.

Friends and family members will be invited to speak at the memorial service.

Morra, 19, was from Stratford, Conn. He had planned to pursue a criminal justice major in the College of Arts and Sciences after graduating from Hillyer.
