Work as a Commencement Usher
Students: See your friends graduate, extend your campus housing – and get paid – by working as a Commencement usher!
As an usher, you will help distribute Commencement programs, guide guests to locations on campus, and answer general questions like "Where are the bathrooms?" and "Where can I get a cup of coffee?".
Ushers are required to work the main Commencement ceremony and a secondary school/college ceremony, both taking place on Sunday, May 16. If you live on campus, your housing permit will be extended through that date. Ushers receive payment of $45 for their services.
For more information, or to sign up as an usher, contact Samantha Cahill in the Office of Alumni Relations at 860.768.2452 or email@example.com.
