University High School Student in the Courant, Campaneria on "Better Connecticut," Carson in Connecticut Banking

Jennifer Ky, a recent graduate of University High School of Science and Engineering, was mentioned in a Hartford Courant opinion piece on June 17. Robert M. Thorson wrote, “During commencement ceremonies this weekend, many smart girls will walk across the stage and away from careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Jennifer Ky of Hartford will not be among them. After graduating from University High School of Science and Engineering, she'll be heading to Yale University to pursue a career in molecular biology rather than in poetry and writing, at which she also excels. Hartt Community Division Dance Director Miguel Campaneria and two of his dance students were interviewed on WFSB’s “Better Connecticut” on June 10. The students also performed an excerpt from the Spring Festival dance concert, which took place last weekend.
