The first-ever live radio show with Women’s Basketball Head Coach Jennifer Rizzotti will be broadcast tonight (Wednesday), from 6 to 7 p.m., on ESPN Radio 1410 (AM).
You can be part of the live audience at the Blue Smoke American Bar & Grill, 6 Wintonbury Mall, in Bloomfield. Or, if you can’t attend the show in person, you can listen on the radio and phone in your questions, at (860) 247-ESPN.
Rizzotti will be interviewed by Jon Easterbrook, the voice of Hartford women’s basketball. The radio show from the Blue Smoke American Bar & Grill will take place monthly, with future live broadcasts scheduled for Monday, Dec. 12; Monday, Jan. 23; and Monday, Feb. 20.
Men’s Basketball Head Coach Larry Harrison will once again conduct live “Hawk Talk” radio shows this season from the Wood-n-Tap Bar & Grill, 99 Sisson Ave., in Hartford. The shows will air from 6 to 7 p.m. on WDRC 1360 AM. Harrison’s on-air partner will be Jeff Dooley, the radio voice of Hartford men’s basketball.
Join Coach Harrison at the Wood-n-Tap for his first radio show of the season on Tuesday, Nov. 22. Subsequent shows will take place twice a month, on Tuesdays: Dec. 6, Dec. 20, Jan. 10, Jan. 31, Feb. 7, and Feb. 28.
