  • IPSR Responsibilities
    includes pre- and post-award responsibilities.
  • Principal Investigator Responsibilities
    includes pre- and post-award responsibilities.
  • Reporting Guidelines
    It is the Principal Investigator's responsibility to meet all funder reporting requirements. Federal grants often require more frequent reporting than private grants but individual funders and types of awards vary so please review award documents carefully to be aware of report due and their deadlines. Compliance with funder requirements is necessary. Prior to the reporting deadline, send all reports (progress, annual, final) to IPSR for review.
  • Indirect Cost Rates
    indirect costs refer to those costs that are not directly attributable to program activities. The university has established rates for public and private grants.
  • Benefit Rates
    university benefit rates are established by Financial Accounting.
  • Course Release Policy
    faculty members may request release from their teaching responsibilities in order to conduct program work.
  • Definitions
    definitions of commonly used grants and contracts terms.
