About Our Gift Calculator
There are a number of ways you could use either your home or your business as a valuable gift asset to the University of Hartford. An outright gift of a residential property would be the most readily marketable, and the substantial proceeds from the sale could be used to add to, or establish, a named endowment fund.

It is also possible to give your home or business, or an undivided fractional interest in a property, to the trustee of a charitable remainder unitrust for the benefit of the University of Hartford. Consideration of any proposed gift of real property is subject to the University of Hartford Real Property Gift Acceptance Policy, but the University of Hartford is eager to pursue, with due diligence, the usually significant value of these gifts in support of the university's mission.
