Secret Flame of Hope: An
Exhibition by Israeli Artist and Holocaust Survivor, Motke Blum.
On April 21, 2009, the Sherman Museum of Jewish Civilization
and the Maurice Greenberg Center for Judaic Studies will
open a new exhibit, called "Secret Flame of Hope: An
Exhibition by Israeli Artist and Holocaust Survivor, Motke
Blum." The exhibit opening will coincide with Yom HaShoah,
Holocaust Remembrance Day, and will include a ceremony and
vigil open to University of Hartford students and community
members. The vigil, which is co-sponsored by Hartford
Hillel, will begin at 7pm in the Sherman Museum of Jewish
Civilization.
