Dr. Krissy Eichmann is a part-time professor within the online master’s in organizational psychology (MSOP) program teaching a variety of graduate-level courses.

Dr. Eichmann brings over 30 years of experience working within Fortune 100 HR organizations managing executive, leadership and professional development programs, executive coaching and teaching within public education. In addition, she utilizes her PhD work on emotional intelligence and leadership coaching experience to enhance her teaching.

Application of learning and providing valuable tools and practices that are relevant to the work environment are central to her teaching philosophy. She received her PhD in educational leadership at Tuoro University and her undergraduate degree in education, and master's in science education.

Dr. Eichmann is the recipient of the 2025 Gordon Clark Ramsey award for Part-time Faculty recognizing her creative excellence in teaching and the 2022 Sustained Excellence in Teaching Award.
