Ralph R. Braithwaite is an instructor of management. His background includes being a principal in his training and consulting business, The Limitless Consulting Group, providing career counseling services to individuals, and teaching classroom courses at the University of Saint Joseph. He was an adjunct faculty for many years at the University of Connecticut, Charter Oak State College, and others. Previously he worked in the executive search field, outplacement, in the corporate training department at CIGNA, and served four years in the U.S. Army.

Braithwaite is a member of the Association Training Development (ATD) and of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He is a past recipient of the Continued Teaching Excellence Award from the University of Hartford.
