Teaching Focus

Dr. Kossbiel teaches coursework related to neuroscience, neuropathology and exam and intervention of adults with neurological conditions.  She encourages her students develop their clinical reasoning skill in the classroom through active learning.

Professional Interests Focus

Dr. Kossbiel currently practices in outpatient neurological rehabilitation. Her clinical expertise is in the area of adult neurological rehabilitation with a focus on brain injury recovery. Dr. Kossbiel's research interest includes high intensity gait training and exercise in individuals with neurological impairments.
