Teaching Focus
Dr. Ozdemirer teaches and assists with coursework on Neuroscience and Neurologic rehabilitation. She also orchestrates student placements in local clinical sites in the second Doctor of Physical Therapy part-time clinical education course. She believes an understanding of foundational concepts is imperative to be successful in clinical practice. Her expertise is in neurologic intervention.
Professional Interests
Dr. Ozdemirer currently practices in outpatient adult Neurologic rehabilitation clinics in the area. Her research interests are focused on the use of technology to improve quality of life and mobility as well as high intensity exercise to improve function after neurologic insult.
