Tara Blodgett has nearly 20 years of experience teaching private piano lessons. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors of Music in Piano Performance. She is nationally certified and an active member of Music Teachers National Association and Connecticut State Music Teachers Association. She has served on leadership boards at the local and state levels. Before joining the Hartt Community Division Faculty, Mrs. Blodgett taught at Art City Music Academy in Springville, UT for 11 years where she had many students chosen as festival winners, orchestra soloists, and accepted to university music programs around the country. She has always had a love for music and a desire to teach and share that love with others.
