Solomon Guhl-Miller

Dr. Solomon Guhl-Miller has presented papers and published on a wide array of topics ranging from Ancient Greek music to Contemporary Music Criticism. He is currently working on a number of projects including a partner anthology to the Classic-Romantic volume of the Norton anthology which will include only works by female composers or composers of color, and will offer instructors who wish to expand the canon in their history classes a guide to replacing works from the Norton with stylistically appropriate pieces from the 'Alt-Norton'. He teaches courses on musicology at the University of Hartford.
